A study in the U.S. has revealed that couples who sleep and wake up at the same time are happier. The results, published in the journal “Sleep”, showed that couples with the same sleeping hours maintain a more harmonious and calm relationship.
Scientists from the University of Pittsburgh studied the sleep cycles of 46 couples for 10 days.
Stating that the sleep time is the same, scientists emphasized that 75 percent of the couples who sleep and wake up at the same time are more satisfied with their relationships.
The study also found that married couples’ sleep times were more regular than normal people.
