Detox time recipes


Detox programs support both slimming and general health.

RECIPES

PURIFICATION WATER
Materials

1 medium carrot
1/8 small cabbage
1 small radish
1 bowl of purslane

Preparation of
Squeeze the juices and drink them fresh. You can consume a lemon slice of ginger warm water or herbal tea on this liquid. If you drank vegetable juice during the daytime, it can be jasmine or lemon balm tea if you drank green / mate tea in the evening.

REFRESHING LIQUID
Materials

1 green apple
1 finger fresh ginger
1/2 lemon (peeled)
2 cucumbers
1 celery
1 cup of broccoli
1/4 bunch of parsley

Preparation of
Drink all the ingredients through the blender.

ENERGY WATER
Materials

1 cup of unsweetened or homemade almond milk
1 bowl of fresh or frozen raspberries
1 seedless date
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Preparation of
Drink all the ingredients in the blender and add ice.

DETOX SOUP
Materials

1 artichoke
4 sprigs of asparagus
1/2 bunch of parsley
1 pumpkin
1 cup of broccoli
1 small celery (with leaves)
Tomato juice
2 tablespoons of lentils or quinoa
1 lemon
Spice

Preparation of
Mix and cook all ingredients except lemon and spices, add lemon and spices to consume.

DETOX SALAD
Materials
Baby spinach
1/3 soft avocado
1 raw artichoke
1/4 green apple or 1 tea glass of pomegranate
1/2 cup boiled white quinoa
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Juice of 1/4 lemon

Finely chop all ingredients and mix. Add olive oil and lemon on it and consume it.

DETOX PROGRAM
Although it varies according to your age, height, weight and physical activity status, you can apply one-day detox by consuming two of the three liquid mixtures we have given above, consuming soup and salad.
