How is it applied?
Fibroblast application, which develops a defense mechanism against aging, is applied with classical mesotherapy, namely injections. It can be done in 3-4 sessions with 15-30 days intervals. Anesthesia is not used during application. In addition, the cells can be used in combination with different fillers during application if desired with the advice of a doctor.

Skin rejuvenation

Dr. Ahmet Günay states that fibroblast injections obtained from the person can be applied in the treatment of problems such as wrinkles, spots, and matte skin color. The fibroblast cells injected into the skin are operating in the region where they are transplanted, aiming to regulate the structure of the protein, which is disrupted in the structure of the skin, by starting the production of collagen and elastin. Thus, it shows a strong antiaging effect on the skin by removing the signs of aging on the skin.

Acne treatment
Acne scars especially on the face are one of the important skin problems. For these scars, fillers have been used for a long time, but in these treatments, the application may need to be repeated after a while. Stem cell therapy can also be involved in this problem. Fibroblast injections can be applied alone or in combination with applications such as laser and dermaroller. In applications performed, skin biopsy samples taken from patients treated with stem cells increase in the thickness of the dermis and fibroblast volume.

Patient-specific fibroblast production

For the production of fibroblast, a three-millimeter biopsy sample is taken from the sun-free area, such as the back of the patient. In addition to biopsy material, blood must be collected from the patient in order to make the product personal. Biopsy material taken in a sterile solution and blood taken from the patient are delivered to the laboratory. First, fibroblast cells are separated from the biopsy material. Afterwards, we proceed to the reproduction of these cells in sterile conditions. The production process can take an average of 4-6 weeks. At the end of the process, the number of transmissible fibroblast cells is reached.

Side effects

Although the product does not have any interaction with the drugs, it has no known side effects. If the patient to be treated receives blood thinning treatment, these drugs should be discontinued the day before. Except for simple moisturizing creams for 48 hours after application, it is sufficient not to use creams and to go out in the sun.

Against hair loss
Hair loss is the fearful dream of many men and women. Emerging technology and medical science continues to develop various alternatives. Hair loss is largely stopped by applying cellular therapy with the stem cell obtained from the person. Androgenic alopecia, known as male pattern hair loss, is a very common problem not only in men but also in women. This method gives successful results in cases that are affected by the male hormone androgens, observed in those with genetic predisposition, and primarily when the hairline in the forehead is retracted and the top area is thinned and opened. In male pattern hair loss, hair follicles that produce thick hair strands become lifeless under the influence of androgens in genetically susceptible individuals. In hair follicles that pull out more than one hair, either one hair grows out of the hair or it becomes impossible.

Thin, weak, lifeless and light-colored hair-like hairs grow from the lifeless hair follicles instead of thick hair strands. This situation causes sparse skin scalp, causing aesthetic anxiety especially for women, then the hair follicles lose their vital functions and become unable to produce hair again. The important point here is the sleeping phase of the hair follicles before they die. The roots entering the sleep phase become lifeless and stop producing hair for a while. Cellular therapies applied to the hair during this period can awaken the hair follicles that do not produce hair and hair, and provide the formation of strong, thick, dark colored hair and the emergence of new hair follicles.

In applications to men and women, tissue samples are taken from lentil-sized scalp obtained from the nape of the patient and produced in a laboratory with very special conditions. After one month of production, the cells are injected subcutaneously into the balding areas of the person three times in one month intervals. Successful results are obtained with supportive treatment between each application (every 3 weeks).
