Tea recipes for sleep problems


If you are having sleep problems, relaxing teas can relax your muscles and help you sleep more comfortably.

Two herbal suggestions from Nutrition Coach Serra Yücel, who said, “We often encounter sleep problems due to intense work tempo and stress. Instead of resorting to medical medications for sleep problems, we can consume teas that will both purify our body and relax our muscles and help us get a comfortable sleep.”

RECOMMENDATION 1: Put a pinch of lemon balm tea in boiling water and brew (without boiling). Eating 2 apricots and 2 walnuts with you can also help your digestive system.

RECOMMENDATION 2: Soak a pinch of lavender and a pinch of chamomile in boiling water and mix a teaspoon of honey.

Note: Drink the teas 1 hour after dinner.
